I've been thinking about how to bring CanGo's gaming online as fast as possible. Several things must be done in the first few weeks of planning. I have outlined them below. Let me know what you think.

Week 1:

  • Evaluate Bandwidth Issues.
  • Assess Hardware Requirements.
  • Assess Software Requirements.

Week 2:

  • Prepare Report.
  • Develop Presentation.

Week 3:

  • Give presentation
  • Obtain feedback
  • Set up follow-up meeting to assign tasks to appropriate individuals.
