Whitney has informed me that the staff has asked for more information regarding the plan to address customer service here at CanGo. As you know, CanGo has received some complaints recently about late order arrivals, difficulty finding desired merchandise, and back order issues. Since we don't want any dissatisfied customers, we're going to need a new system for dealing with these complaints. Your task is to investigate the different options regarding customer service. Several options exist, such as an 800 number, a searchable database, an FAQ center, etc. Liz has asked that each of these options be examined and a proposal written which includes cost estimates and time to readiness. The proposal is needed within two weeks. I've asked Whitney to head up this effort. Please refer all questions to her on this topic.
