Quick Start

WarrenAfter starting Mastering Business, you will see the "Welcome" screen. Follow the "click here to begin" link to access the "Table of Contents." From the "Table of Contents" page you can view the Pilot Video. When you are finished, select the episode that you want to see by clicking on its title.

You can move through each episode by clicking on the "next page" hyperlinks at the bottom of each page. Each episode contains six sections: Introduction, Concepts, Exercises, Resolution, Case, and Discussion. You can jump to a particular section by clicking the link for that section which is located underneath the episode title.

In some episodes you may need to go to the Mastering Business Web site or the CanGo Intranet site to access additional information such as private e-mails, memos, and other documents. The "homepage" and "intranet" buttons on the left side of the screen link to the Mastering Business Web site and the CanGo Intranet site respectively. These buttons are located under the video. There is also a button that links to the "Table of Contents."
